        Yes, that explains things. You MUST be online in Infection to receive the rewards in Infection, as they are XP rewards.

        Coolobee to receive your vote rewards on Infection, you need to be on Infection when you are voting. And since you have bee banned for the last 3 days, you will not receive your vote rewards. On all other game modes you should still get your vote rewards, as Infection is the only game mode with this problem.
