What is this glitch may I ask?

I tried to add some1 to my is, it didn't work. Said he was a part of my is, but he couldn't open chests or edit terrain, I did ./makeleader xXxCollinPvpxXx and he did itmback to me and now none of us can edit our island.

In addition, use any ./island command, this pops up. I know my island still exists because I can use ./ home to get there
