Demoted for being biased for not wanting to make a biased call. How does that even make sense? I never handled reports against friends. I left those for other staff to handle because I didn't want to make a biased call.
It's what any good staff member does.

Hands up to the good staff left wishing they could like this status but have to live in this fear based mod system put in place by a poor example of what head mod should be.

If you're a staff member and you're afraid to handle a report on your friend then you clearly shall not be a moderator. Friend or not a friend you should still handle the report no matter what. What if he's friends with everyone on Mineverse does that make him exempt from handling reports? No. Maybe he was lazy to handle the reports.
I'm not trying to argue, but If he was friends with the player and ended up denying a report anyone could call him biased for that. Its safer to let another mod handle it. I had no hard time given to me for asking other staff to handle reports that could have been used against me to call me a biased mod. I think this was a misunderstood case. You are the owner, and you make the call. I can respect that.
Badlearner (ironic name is ironic) anyway, Cyp replies often enough. Nicky Cyp is super busy, he does comment from time to time. Check his recent activity often and you'll catch him and his shenanigans from time to time.
