Haha, thank you very much! In one of my previous roles at work, I had to do articles on Issue/resolution (IT Support). This has served me well in trying to construct well presented arguments in forums such as this one.

I only recently joined the forums, but hope to continue proposing some additional ideas based on experiences elsewhere.

I also appreciate your style of offering the constructive feedback you do. It is always excellent to have someone with additional points of view poke holes in your arguments and offer insight into times before my joining.

I've been going through some of your recent posts because I'm a forum stalker like that, and I am absolutely amazed with the way you provide legitimate, constructive criticism for applicants. It's also nice to see someone who knows how to grammar.

I spent about 10 minutes looking at the thread actually, trying to figure out how to word my post. It's always a bit hard attempting to figure out how to properly convey your opinions without coming off as condescending or rude.

Haha well, your avatar means I would not have been offended. I am overall impressed with the community here at MineVerse and would love to help out with what I perceive as a few flaws. Inevitably everyone has them, alas even I, but it's how we respond to those that show our character.
