      If you're into adc yeah he's really strong right now

      Kinda hard but he does a ton of r damage, like I'd legit rather have a fed Akali or Yi or something on the enemy team over a fed Lucian

      He can just duel anyone with an IE, especially if you get good at kiting. I don't adc much so I don't have much Lucian experience but he's strong overall.
