I tried playing violin. God was I awful on it... Come to think about it, it was probably because my teacher was really slow at teacher and we were playing the violin while picking it with our fingers for more than half the year instead of using the bow...

XD That's what my teacher did the first year. The years after it was constantly bowing, so when I get to a song that was entirely pizzicato (plucking) I hate it ;u;

I quit because I got extremely bored and played the guitar which is ironic due to the fact that I hated plucking...

So how far did you get on the song?

Look up La Campanella on violin on youtube, there's this ridiculous sequence of left-hand pizzicato on steel strings, I can't believe the guy's fingers didn't start bleeding or something.
