      Er yeah anyway ONLY play Fizz in a game that you call mid in for now. Start dorans/2 hp pots, and personally even though it was nerfed I like to rush lich bane, sorcerer's shoes, then go for Zhonyas Hourglass, then Rabadon's, and if you do have time to complete your build, void staff and a DFG.

      Kinda a "glass cannon" way to build any AP champ but I like Fizz that way ;p

      He can be top but it requires a different build/playstyle. I'd go with him as a mid to start out.
