Yes, under your profile there should be a tab called "Minecraft Association" to include your in-game name.

Pretty sure I made exactly the same post when I first applied for mod. Was torn to shreds instantly. Don't bother applying unless you have reputation on the forums - it's half the job. I don't want to see another person make an application with enthusiasm flying high to be shot down by the realisation they're missing critical work. Be careful with posts like these, manage your expectations.
