Yes I did, I sadly do think you have to meet all the requirements in order to apply for Staff. I do not think they make exceptions.

No there is no Certain amount of supports you need. I think it goes by your personality, activity and reports. Yes if you have a low amount of supports your chances may be affected but no there are no certain amount. You do have to meet the requirements before you apply though.
