      Well you're young, like me so insurance companies will charge more for younger drivers cause of higher risk of accidents. And I'm assuming the insurance is under your parents insurance right? At least thats what its for me in the US.

      No, I'm on my own insurance so I can gain things called "No claims". Over time makes your insurance mad cheap.
