I never knew I would love cancer if cancer is the reason my grandparents died.

My grandad died from a heart attack due to eating too much sweets, I still love sweets.

And? There’s a difference between cancer and sweets.

True, sweets and sugar cause thousands more death per annum than cancer.

And one is enjoyable and the other you aren’t in the hospital trying to fight for your life? Shut up for once, you’re really annoying tbh.
