We warn. We use a different plugin now that lets us warn when the user is offline. If they get X amount of warnings it will temp ban them automatically

lol throwback to when we would put warned or muted on reports but the commands were broken ingame so we wouldnt actually do anaything because the player would never be online so we couldnt mute them or warn th em or talk to them
