Select the ''width'', and change the value to 200 in the pop up box. Then click on ''height'' and also change the value to 200 in the popup box. Save that image, then use it as your forums pfp.

It works! I have one problem though, it looks blurry. I'll mess around with the size a bit.

When you reshape (or resize) an image the pixels can go blurry. Try to search for a rendering program.
