It should automatically show up in-game after you donate for it.

it can take up to a day for it to show in game sometimes. Buying it is what activates it.

If it doesn't come through in a week since you've purchased go to this thread http://www.mineverse.com/threads/mineverse-support-email.5743/ to get the support email and email them the problem, it'll get seen faster then it would of if it was a thread.
