Cyp says it sounds too administrative but the funny thing is that staff managers are equivalent to mini admins. They already basically do promotions, they have complete authority over reports and appeals, and help by contacting Cyp when it comes to ranks. (Unless they gave head mods perms for ranks which is doubtful)

Perhaps there should be a name change to represent accurately all the work they do for the server but this is Mineverse, I wouldn't exactly call this a progressive server.

Oh also don't forget that Staff Managers are mods. They apparently have all the same standards and duties of moderators so reports and appeals are mandatory. ;) (ily pile)

It may be salty but it's true.

Not trying to single you out Max but when someone tries to state opinions that aren't exactly super positive about the server, it's all the sudden negative and salty... it immediately ostracizes a thought and makes the sever even more inclusive. Everyone needs to be more open minded imo.
