There shouldn't be any competition between applicants. This should be all friendly with no fighting involved.

Friendly competition, Ordinateur. Friendly competition. TradeOffer, Charisa, Fear and I were literally spamming reports like 20 a day or something. It's all in good fun, no feuds, definitely. Just friendly competition. After all, the applicants want this. They have to be motivated for it ;)

This isnt the hunger games. If an applicant was fighting against another in a non-friendly way, they might not be promoted. Again, not the hunger games. Everyone's thinking for themselves and doing their own personal best, not fighting against someone else.

I'm saying competition in a friendly way, like... each applicant should be wanting to get the promotion, so they'd work for it. And that's what I'm saying, @Mvxine , not, of course, unfriendly competition. An example is how I was teasing TradeOffer previously to be a OPPvP "unofficial Moderator", that's just friendly competition. Calling names, etc., aren't friendly.
