aha, I'm good with advice!
It really depends on the situation, but I can take a few shots in the dark

Stressed family:
Try to be helpful, asking someone is they need help, will help the situation, put others before yourself.

Issues with friends:
If you got into an argument, and you feel bad about it, apologize. Ever if you think you are in the right, if you care about them more than you care about the argument, just do it

Depression:
Talk with someone about it.
A close sibling or friend would be best, as talking to parents isn't always the best way to deal with your feelings, however if it is extreme, speak with them about it

if you want more precise advice, I'm willing to listen if you're willing to talk

Those are all very viable options. I just square it though.

I am unfamiliar with that expression, but I'm going to assume it means "just deal with it", in that case, not always the best course of action
