Haven't seen you in a long time, tbh. Good to have to back though and yeah, name changed are allowed every 30 days, so meh, may as well use it lol

Yeah, I have a pretty original name, so I don't want to risk losing it :p
And thanks, I have been busy with school, then I got a new computer, and ahhh... So much has been happening that I didn't have time for Mineverse, however, I am freed up now - so I am back for the foreseeable future :)

That's good to hear and yeah, school is more important than gaming and what not. New PC though, would love to have myself one of those (I have a build planned, just need to save up)

I tried to get the name "Kyle", though the guy hasn't been online in years, it's not allowed, unfortunately.

Hm... Is that why you had "Kyle.", that "." caused outrage, for some reason xD

      May I know the specs?
      I just built one containing;
      AMD FX-4300
      EVGA GTX 750 Ti
      Corsair 24GB RAM .. I can't remember the ddr.
And it's pretty good, can run most games.

      It really did cause outrage.

Build isn't fully finished, will probably change a few things here and there.

      Motherboard: MSI H110M Pro-VD

      CPU: Intel Core i3 6100 (3.7GHz) - Intel Core i5 6400

      GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 480 (8GB DDR4)

      Power Supply: 500W XFX XT

RAM: (Not overly sure, but probably 8/16GB if possible)

      HDD: 1/2TB Hopefully

      SSD: Samsung Evo 250GB

I would go for something like yours, but I am a student, without a job, so y'know :)

I'm also in full time education, but I work every Saturday so it's not all too bad.
That build I put above would cost around £600.

BTW with ur GPU, make sure you have Display ports and HDMI. No DVI or VGA ports on ur gpu.

I've still not finalised the built yet, either.

One last thing... try to get a better PSU... power supplies can give out very easily depending on how cheap, so I recommend a corsair/EVGA psu.

I'll look into that, thanks :)

What are your thoughts on the motherboard? I'd also be upgrading the parts over time, so would the one I've chosen work well for that, or?

Well looks like your processor may cause a SLIGHT bottleneck on your GPU. So for that I would recommend getting a Nvidia GTX 960 for $50 less but only losing %10 less performance. But Minecraft will run at over 200fps regardless. Your motherboard seems fine btw, although cable management maybe a pain, what case are you using?

Couldn't I resolve that by changing to an i5?

Yes you could, but the cheapest new i5 is about $70 more. Do not EVER buy PC parts that's already been used.

But then if you ugpraded, your motherboard would be a problem for a processor like i5 because it's so cheap.

I recommend a mobo within the $70+ range for i5. Don't get a $179 mobo like what i did xd it's not worth it

Usually if you plan to upgrade your processor, you might as well upgrade your motherboard completely.
