Well, it doesn't seem fair, but it usually depends on the severity. If it's something easy to deal with, they will deal with that first because they might be inactive. More complicated ones might be skipped over until someone who can fully handle it will take it over. It seems bad, but that's just how it is.

I was being very patient I understand that moderators are very busy. I was waiting for 4 hours and I was looking through threads and I noticed a thread that was just made and was looked at right away.

I am not here to cause trouble just speaking out what I think. I absolutely KNOW that moderators are busy.
