That's not particularly true, they fixed it because it stopped bedwars from being played. They don't fix the huge bugs that should be.

Well Obsidian is 1 shot by tnt and kittycannon where as creeper eggs don't work at all. Main feature about factions is raiding which is completely broken.

One shot by TNT? Lol the factions on prison sounds less broken than the factions on factions.

Normal factions you can't open chests in enemy land. You can't do /e commands in enemy land. Enderchests are not breakable as they didn't configure obsidian breaker properly.

Also on op factions you can make void bases in the overworld as you can /kittycannon bedrock.
