2 long years. It was good but its demise was inevitable the way it was going. :/

Didn't think it was going in a good path, though I did apply, never heard anything back. Joined a different clan now, and we honestly have some good ideas rolling up. (Message me if you're ever looking for what you stated as a place where we can talk, laugh and play)

Don't get me wrong, Mafia was really successful and conflict was apparent, no matter what. I dealt with it but as I said to GizzBots, it became more conflicting than it needed to be. It was on a great path; the most successful clan in MV, arguably. It's very difficult to articulate my sentiments via text and to those who I hardly associate with.

It's difficult to run a clan, which includes of the conflict you are talking about.

The clan I'm in, I'd say we are fairly new, so I'm not sure 100% how things are going to go. I'm hoping that it turns out to be a good thing ,rather than drop after maybe a few weeks/months. It'd be incredible to watch it strive and last as long as it possible could.

Yes, trust me the joy and entertainment brought by a clan is amazing. However, conflict is going to arouse no matter how hard you try. Even someone of my caliber (not to brag, but I've been told) had a hard time handling a team. I really do wish you the best in your team and friends. Everyone single one of the 20+ members enjoyed their time.

It's an enjoyable experience where boundaries will of course have to be placed. Conflict will of course happen, that's just how things like these work. We'll find ways to bypass them though, in hope that nothing can stop what we have.

Exactly, and with that mentality, you're bound to go far. Keep up the good work dude. Be prepared though.
