    Probably. It's just like the principal and vice-principal.

    Vice-Principal handles naughty kids and other stuff whilst the Principal handles meetings, funding, etc.

    Noobcrew handles the running of the server and make sure everything functions properly whereas CypriotMerks deals with rank issues and stuff like that.
