You will have to record in a smaller resolution. My upload speed is that low as well. I have to transfer my videos to my phone and upload it from there. Living out in the country has more positives than negatives, but the biggest negative being crappy upload speeds.
0.45 Megabits per second is around 0.056 MB per second (Which is what the video will show under)
I too have slow upload speed, so I either connect my laptop to my phone and use 4G's upload speed, which is around 0.7 MB per second (A lot faster than my actual home connection)
For me, 4G is the way to go. We have a thing called Binge-On, any youtube doesn't count against my data usage for the month, so I can upload till I can't upload no more ;)
Well, during an upload, even when I hotspot from my laptop, it uploads a a much quicker rate, allowing me to not have to wait annoyingly ridiculous times for my video to be finished. Meaning I can get back to playing, as it destroys my ping.
Also thought I should mention this. Having a better computer won't allow you to upload videos to the internet faster. It will however allow you to render videos quicker, if that's what you are doing.
