Have, started having a conversation then I linked another video and asked them to explain, now I have waited almost 10 mins and no reply..

The Staff team is most likely busy. If you wait a bit they will reply

Yea, already denied for no reason other than 'I see hacks'.

31 days, not close with any of the staff...I have been reported many times, all the videos look the same to me however some get me banned and some get denied.

I'm not sure what to tell you if you can't add any more evidence to your appeal. at the very least you're temp-banned and you have access to the forums. Maybe you could stick around the forums while you wait out your ban? Sorry I couldn't help you better :/
