What even happened?

Reborn, I had surgery to open one side of my nose that's been blocked since birth enabling me to breath like a normal person, though right now it's just continuous blood and snot oozing out with really bad head aches and limited mouth movement from the massive swelling, otherwise I'm doing fine lol

Blocked as it deformed on the inside, my nose looks normal on the outside
