Exactly. ^ People do make mistakes, Staff are human too. They've banned people for what they thought were hacks, but ended up not being hacks. So, not always if they are "100%" sure.

In my opinion, you should be allowed one, max. two bans for hacking, and if it continues, perm ban. Or just overall, you're able to commit let's say, two offenses in your server "career". After you commit any offense for the third time, it's not appealable. Or something along the lines of the above, to give a person a chance, with a last chance, then just take them off of the server completely. I don't know.

I support. They broke the rules, they should have known what they were risking. Hacking should not be tolerated and we should give zero tolerance to it. This rule was applied on a famous Hub Server and I don't see any hackers from there on.

Honestly, I think you should only get 1 chance. Most people banned right now making ban appeals have been banned 1-3 times before, and they still get accepted! Its kinda ridiculous.
