Honestly, something has to be done immediately, an IP ban would be more efficient. But again, they could just change their IP if they are that smart.

He should be lobby banned too, for charging all of these back..

We are aware of the situation. Staff members have also been effected by this issue. Noobcrew has been notified about the situation to come up with a solution but for now, the users will stay banned.
