What... Then what's the point of reporting someone

By reporting them, you're getting them banned and making sure it doesn't happen to anyone else.

If we gave money back to people who were scammed, we'd just be giving a lot of free money. Someone could have 2 accounts, make a fake report and get a sum of money.
