Victoria. I went to Sydney a couple weeks ago, it's awesome down there compared to where I live.

I went to Melbourne a month ago, not in the city parts though because me and my dad went there to look for houses to invest in :P

The ones near the beach are super expensive, most of them cost over 1mil to buy.

We're just looking in the suburban area, because they're perfect for investing :P
