Does it have to do with your job and fiance?

my job is just taking up to much time from me atm and the fact that i'm getting married in a few months aswell, sorting up everything and such. so it takes alot of effort and time

but then that isn't the reason why I have quit, because i'm willing to come back on terms of stuff that needed a change.
