My opinion is he just faking. He is eating and punching a block which is possible. If he was hitting someone it was hacks, but in that video it didn't look like he was really hitting anyone.

Go on Op and eat a gapple and try to break a block at the same time. In the vid you can see the cracks when he eats a gapple and hits the ground. Make sure you go on op to test this first.. If you cant break a block while eating a gapple hes using KA whilst eating.
