He was banned with the same video by max, then he got unbanned.

I re-reported him because Max said it was a "incorrect Report"

Max knows I unbanned him, if I messed up he would've told me to no unban him.

but he was hacking tho? Max didn't unban him because of his appeal, max unbanned him because it was "incorrect ban" i proved to the whole community he was hacking on my thread i made but max still thinks he's not hacking which i think is ridiculous

So, you already know about 0:23 was lag. I didn't see any suspicious parts other then that. Which is why I unbanned him.

I didn't handle your 2nd report on him because I wanted another moderator to do it because maybe they see something I missed
