No. You have it wrong. Topmass was not demoted for something he said before, I can't give any more information on that. Before I became staff, it was the current staffs job to deal with that which they didn't feel needed because no one looked at it as mean. Sure, it was assertive but not disrespectful. Why should I get in trouble as a mod for something that happened nearly 3 months before I got the staff?

Also, the darn word but opposite is not profanity. Sure, it's a medium word and probably wasn't the best but was not profanity. The rules are pointed more towards offensive words.
