    You have to vote ingame.. If you don't vote ingame than Yes. You will lose your exp you voted for.

    Although. If you vote while not ingame. You can wait untill you can vote again before logging in to infection. Quickly log in and vote before you die and lose the exp. This will some how keep the exp you voted for while offline. Hope this helps
