I was lucky enough to have really good internet friends that were editors, so all of mine were made for me. I'm not sure how to put the thumbnail as the image for the video (even though some where made for me :p). Channel arts have to be a certain weird size. I'd suggest editing together pictures with Blender using minecraft rigs (or some other editing software).

The only way you can get good art, is if you buy it.
I know some really good artists, if you're interested.

The only problem is that I'm literally poor IRL. I'm hoping to find someone who wants in game stuff for their work, but otherwise I've got no hope. XD. At least if I get some money I know who to talk to. Thanks Gray.

The thumbnails or channel arts? I made a few thumbnails that refused to work :s as for channel art, I want it to have a tropical island kind of background, and my skin on it. If possible, 'GizzBots Gaming' in the background too. Ilys Topmass.
