I have appealed. But I'm IP baned under a mods name who doesn't have lobby permissions, which means someone could be "impersonating" this mod. And I'd like to know who banned me, and for what reason exactly.

As a former staff member, we couldn't IP ban someone, only Cypriot can. However, they're basically useless since VPNs exist.
