Recently Ive been playing a lot of op pvp and I just can't stand the lag. I get around 20ms on mineverse and I'm ALWAYS on a 5 bar yet I constantly freeze and lag out every 10-20 seconds. This isn't only me, theres tons of 5bars who lag out too. Same thing for people with 4 bars. I think its about time we get a better host cause its not normal that you lag on a 5bar. A new host would only bring good to the server. Better hit registration which is badly needed and much more Well yeah thats it :p
You have no idea how much I support this. I have near no lag on other servers, but lately MV has been super laggy for me.
omg support 100% I've always hated the host, because its always so slow and delayed or just REALLY laggy in general
You realize you're asking them to change hosts? With the amount of servers they have, the network would be down for a couple of days and switching hosts could mean some huge issues. Losing data, files and who knows what else. I obviously support the switch of hosts but it's not easy as pie. It's probably not the host having the issue but Mineverse's dedicated servers running out of memory.
If you think host lag is caused by a computer. Im very very disappointed and I'm now rethinking life after what you just said.
Lag comes in more than 1 form, just so you know Different types of lag: 1. FPS/Client Lag 2. TPS/Server Lag 3. Latency Click HERE for more understanding on how each of those work and how to possible fix them. I'm not bothered with getting 180-200 ping as it's down to my latency to the server as I geographically live thousands of miles away from the host.
