If it's the second jump you have trouble with, a good tip is to hold the space bar. When on a jump in which you have to go one block to the right or left, go to the edge of the block adjacent to the block you are jumping to. For the ladder parkour, hit sneak right before you go to the ladder. That's what I got, if this helps, you're welcome!
Shift always helps to hold it as you land on a block, it ensures you that you cant fall off the block C:
If your a GOD at parkour (seems like your not,) COME IN LIKE A WRECKING BALL!!! But sprint to the end of the block and keep jumping then shift and continue
Try to time the space from the ledge. Make sure it's not early nor late. Get inspiration from this video and learn from the master. Spoiler

when i do parkour i normally jump close to the edge and when i land i jump to get balance. i don't know why.
