Soo.. Where did my rank go?

Once factions was reset I lost my god rank, this also happened last reset. It's been a couple of days and i've seen no one else has formally addressed it. And i'm curious to whether i'll get it back or not? my IGN is @gloomykitten If anything happens to be fixed.

If you bought the rank, you should have a transaction ID.

 

...that was three years ago

 

Proof could also consist of you talking in chat with the rank.
Also, the email you should of gotten to back up and confirm the Donation.

 

I still have transaction ids from 4 years ago. They're in my PayPal.

 

WHAT YOU NEED PROOF?! I contacted them when survival reset and I didn't need proof. Like other people said do you have screen shots? Or you can go to a different game mode and screen shot that you have god. It might work! :D

 

Did you just lose your rank on factions? Or did you lose it server wide?

Of you only lost your rank on factions I suggest going to a different game mode, speaking in the chat and taking a screenshot as proof of your rank, you can hen send this proof to [email protected] and get your ra k back on factions.

Well, as everyone else is saying, you take your queries to [email protected]
However, PayPal log all transactions, and I am sure your banking account will be able to provide you with a log. Chats in game, or recordings containing your rank can also be used. Maybe logs recorded by Minecraft itself could be used - yet these could be forged so I doubt it.
However, if you absolutely cannot find any proof, then tell them this - and see if they're willing to check their BuyCraft records.
