Have you ever been banned in the past? I've been banned multiple times. Never on the forums.
Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes. I've been a moderator on Hypixel Lobby.

Do you meet the requirements for staff? Yes, I meet every requirement easily. I do not have skype. But TeamSpeak3, Yes.

• Moderators are required to have Skype or Teamspeak 3 for offline communication.

Failure to follow the requirements will have your application ignored.

Just realized. The account I made for the forums isn't two week registration. I've had this account for 379 days, but I had to reset it. My account was not responding.
