Kitty Cannon Or What Ever Shoots Tnt On Creative

So I was at my club and so i had item frames with things in them and so a guy named nohaxchuck said "Watch this" so he shot tnt at my item frames and it destroyed all of the item frames and everything inside it. So the real thing I came here to do is not get chuck banned but to get what ever he was using to destroy my item frames removed.

The command is /grenade .
Shouldn't this be in discussion? It's not really a suggestion.

 

He was able to destroy them through walls and he was able to destroy them even after I denied him

 

Isn't the command /tnt?
Was he a titan?

I believe it should be removed tbh, or only usable on your own plot.
