Lost rank in skywars, am very desperate

Hi! so I used to have the Skygod kit, but I lost it because of the new skywars sever update thing. And i already emailed [email protected] but its been more than two weeks, and they still havent replied. So how long do I wait till i get their reply? I am desperate (sorry) and I would realy like to get my money's worth of $50 tat i paiod the Skygod kit.

 

Exact same with me, I sent an email more than 2 weeks ago and I haven't gotten a reply or my rank yet. I don't want my $50 I spent to be wasted, also my 3k Skybucks that I had. All I think we can do now is wait, this has happened to a a lot of people. So it might, sadly, take a while.

 

This happened since Skywars.com and Mineverse.com merged. Email [email protected] again. It could take a while due to lots of people losing their ranks.

I'm not sure how long the wait will be, but I heard that if you lost your rank because of the merge they will try and give you a Mineverse rank based on how much you spent on your skywars rank. I could be wrong though.

Look at the tweeds from Cyp, he isn't replying anymore because of high amounts of emails but I'm sure that you'll get a rank.

 

Emailing support is the only way to fix your rank issue.
I would email him again if this is still an issue.
