Account got stolen , Lost rank and items

Hello , I'm a old Mineverse player , I played alot. But one day My account just wasn't working the email dissapered i couldn't do anything , So Today I got a new account, and I have evidence of my Premium rank that I bought [Recipet] I can't send u it here since it contains my information , But i'll send it in a pm , And I lost my /pv 1 full of sets and my enderchest that had half of echest gaps and half sharp 30's and around $100 something ign money So If I can get it back , If U don't believe me this is my legit forum account look at the date i created it And I bought the rank with my forum name. Thanks

 

You can get your rank back. Email [email protected] to get it back. The items however will not be refunded since staff don't get game mode 1.

 

Rank transfers as far as I know are not allowed under any circumstances.

Items will also not be replaced if you've lost them.

 

There might be an exception when your account got stolen.

 

That would be a problem he'd have to bring up with Mojang Support, not Mineverse support.

 

Email Mojang, not much we can do since we arnt Mojang.
