Hi! So recently got a new Minecraft account, because my old account (decatur100) was acting up....My new IGN is DecaturTheGamer. I had the server RANK, or donator rank ELITE, on the old account and was wondering if you could give my new account DecaturTheGamer ELITE since my old account will not let me sign in to minecraft. Here is proof below of me using the account.

I do know that one of them is not on the server, THE first screenshot is just to show I own the decatur100(On the scoreboard) account, the second is to show I had the rank.

You're going to have to explain your situation and include proof with an email to [email protected]

 

I don't believe they do rank transfers anyways. Sorry.

 

Meh he might do it. @Decatur what is the exact problem with your old account? Perhaps we can help you re-gain access to it.

 

Have you tried to contact mojang about your account?

 

I have tried contacting Mojang.... they asked for a Transaction ID....Unfortunately I had lost my account to that email...

If your parents bought the game for you, ask them to go into their paypal and look for when you bought minecraft. It has the transaction ID in it.

 

Checked all of those..(Paypal,Skrillrex, even checked into the credit card history).

 

I did ask a moderator on the server, they told me to still check...so we will see.
