You don't meet the requirements first of all, also I've never seen your name before, and not trying to be mean, but you kinda have bad grammar (which may make it difficult to understand you). Your application can also use quite a few more details. Also, this is your first post on forums - which most likely will not make it too appealing as you haven't been here for long. Also you have a poll asking if people can teach you commands (I think its funny there is no "no" option lol) but it also says that you don't have very much experience.
Things to consider:

* It appears that not very many people have seen you on the server based on the posts ^ above mine. You should try to get to know the community and staff.
* Your grammar is not the best. I think having better grammar will appeal to anybody reading this application.
* You're a new member to forums. This is your only post. You should be more active on forums and post more.
* If you've been a moderator on your friend's server, then why are you asking if moderators can teach you commands. If you've been moderating for your friends server, you should know some. Asking the people to "tell you some commands" is an inconvenience as it shows you're not too experienced and it will waste people's time trying to teach you.
* You can use a lot more details in your application. Your answers to the template's questions are short and do not have enough details.
* This application does not look the nicest. The only answer that you started with a capital letter was the first one. Some answers are red, but some are also black... Spacing of the questions would make it easier to read as well.
If you follow peoples' recommendations and update your original post, I'm sure people may reconsider. But until then, don't expect much support.
