I feel like your judgement isn't quite accurate on some things, a mod needs to know when someone deserves punishing, no support.

Thanks for your input. Do you mean when someone deserve to get banned? If so, I will try to improve it as most as I can.

 

I believe you need a certain level of experience to decide when someone deserves the proper punishment, on occasion people have a valid reason for breaking a rule.

Thats why when one becomes moderator he/she has a mentor so he/she can be taught everything they need to know based off of experience.
