Reasons
-You're not active on the forums. Posting a bunch of messages saying "support blah blah" doesn't count as activity in my books. Cause those are the only posts I've seen you make
-You don't fully understand the rules of the server
-You seem immature in-game

The only pro I see is that you are active in-game.
