i need help with sponsor i do /kit sponsor and it says i have no acess to this command

 

Yeah i got a problem with my kit too. In skyblock its not working And I have no access to any commands so right now I am still stuck at spawn =/ any way or time it will be fixed? My friends needs my help. Thanks . (Im Kit Elite and my name in-game is Biscuitbunny2001)

 

Can Someone PLEASE tell me how I can fix my skyblock I really wanna play with my friends again?????? :( and it ways I have no access to ANY commands at all I can't even access my kit and that's what I mostly got it for and the purple colour :3 But other then that I will not stop asking till I get my answer D: I am really upset that I have no access to what I payed for Please Someone reply A.S.A.P Its would be much appreciated.
