So what actually did happen then? Something deeper than just lost items is going on here. I've also noticed that all of the faction commands are non-functional for me too. I cannot even TP to my faction home or check to see if it still exists. Any command that starts with /f I get the error message stating that that command is now allowed here. Did it only effect people who were logging on around 7:20 PM PST (UTC-8)? I logged on at that time and I heard from someone else that they too logged on right before I did and they lost quite a bit too. So for those of you who are saying you did not loose anything, were you online at that time or did you get on line way after that time? Would it now be safe for others to log in to prison or are there still reports of people finding out that they lost everything? It does not sound like the owners or the admins are speaking up about this (yet); I'm sure they are busy trying to figure out how it can be fixed. But at the same time I'm curious as to the true nature and source of what happened. Being new to MineVerse is it standard operating procedure to disclose disruptions such as these or to keep everyone in the dark and guessing? Not sure what to expect. its_shireen I was thinking that the only safe place to keep the most valuable items was in the ender chests. After all bases can be raided (and signed chests opened), plots can be lost, etc... Did not expect server failures to figure in the mix.
try doing it in /warp freeman, it doesn't work in the prison.. I joined like 2Hours ago and didn't lose anything, I asked a few players and they said that they didn't lose anything either... <- Cyp on steam playing rocket league.. I actually told him that the glitch was happening, I guess @Dyna_Mighty told him too since she lost items as well
Although if you're active then there's no problem loosing your Plot/Cell or if you get enough power for your Faction/Vault then I'm sure It would not get raided Cypriot is probably working on it right now.
I lost both my bal and my echest, luckily I still have my homes. If you haven't lost your homes yet I recommend putting the coordinates on your comp or phone. IMO, prison should have a reset. The old map would only lag because Crew and Cyp didn't put much memory storage into the gamemode. Now it's just lag spikes and everyone is losing their stuff.
I was one of the first ones to lose everything this week. We know about it. I know that there was some space freed up. Im sorry that people are losing things, it really stinks. :(
