Yes I have a software so I can record hackers on the server I will make sure I show proof for everything.

Why I think I should become mod. I did hack And I regret for hacking on Mineverse it was a stupid choice and I wasn't thinking at the time and I'm deeply sorry for hacking on Mineverse. before but I want to become staff On Mineverse I am a know player I been play mineverse for almost 1 Year straight. I just love this server and I Show my support by donating but I want to become a staff member and show more support for me. I love helping out players I'm really active on Kitpvp and Factions etc. I can help out By catching hackers And finding tons of evidence to catch the hackers I would just like to help the Players on the server that is My Number 1 priority to help anyone that really needs help on the server. I think I really can do a good job helping the players out I'm a really helpful person when someone needs help ill be there for them to see what I can do to assist them When there needing help from a staff member I want to get rid of the hackers witch I will on Mineverse I'm Active on forums Teamspeak almost 24/7 a lot of the ts admins know me like (Krissy) I always talk to people and if I get staff I'm going to be on all the time And make sure i'm active i'll play Kitpvp, Factions, OpPvp These's are the most things I am on out of all the servers On Mineverse.

How long I can be active on Mineverse a Day is Up to almost 5 hours a day and sometimes later on the weekends I can do spectate all night to help the players out I'm still in school till the June 30, 2016 After that I can be on at all times In the summer like 10 hours a day I'm basically a no life.

I have been Banned in-game but I am deeply sorry for hacking I wasn't thinking at first and I'm really actually sorry I was just not good at the time and wasn't caring for the server or players but now I'm really caring and I don't hack anymore witch I'm Not very happy for.

I do have experience as a Moderator I was once a mod on IceyPvp but it went down because the Owner didn't care about it and just never paid it I was always on I was a staff member on Viper and I resigned about a year later I have tons of experience being Moderator/Staff on many types of servers I Always applied but when it came to the interviews it was just bad I never made it through but I got nervous because I didn't think I would get this far and when it say's pending interview on some servers I'm like dead on scared I just don't do good on interview's its just me I get nervous and a lot of people at some points do to so I guess I'm not the only one that gets nervous at some points everyone does in life so yeah that's some of my experience on as a Moderator/Other Staff Member

Firstly, as stated above requirements must be met before applying, otherwise you can't actually be accepted, so I'd work on getting that sorted out.

Secondly, reporting players to show that you are able to see someone breaking the rules. More specifically recording hackers and that shows you are aware of what hacks are.

Lastly, your application is actually fine. Some people may hold it against you that you previously "hacked", but that doesn't mean anything at all when applying. Many mods had been banned before for hacking, then further went on to get the position.
